Rules And Regulations

A. TO THE STUDENTS:

  • Be punctual and regular to school and avoid taking unnecessary leave.
  • Students should bring school diary regularly and should follow the school rules.
  • Speakonly in English in the school premises.
  • Students should come to school in proper uniform
  • The uniform must be clean and well dressed.
  • Formal pants and shirts are only allowed for the boys, if any other style is stitched you will have to re-stitch it.
  • Polish the shoes daily.
  • Button your collar at all times.
  • Hair style:
    • Girls: Double plaits with white hair band, no color hairpins, fancy bows or other color hair bands.
    • Boys: Short hair (defense style), no other hair style is allowed under any circumstances.
  • Gold ornaments should not be worn to school.
  • Keep your class neat and clean.
  • Arrange the benches and desks properly.
  • Keep the books neatly arranged.
  • Don't scribble on the walls and desks.
  • Avoid sticking pictures on the wall.
  • Don't shout or howl in the class.
  • Use dustbin to avoid litter.
  • Any damages caused to school property have to be paid full, at rates fixed by the principal.
  • Switch off the lights and fans when not in use.
  • Students should not bring any fancy items to school.
  • While walking on the corridor students should keep left. Maintain queue; shouldn't drag their shoes and should strictly avoid skating or running.
  • Students should talk politely to the teachers, visitors and others.
  • Students should not use nicknames to call the fellow students.
  • Students should not tear any page from the diary or from any note book and textbook.
  • Attendance in all the examinations is compulsory.
  • Close the tap after use.
  • Pour water in the toilets before and after use.
  • During intervals students should not play in the class room.
  • Don't waste food (snack, lunch and water) and eat neatly in time. Bring the napkins daily.
  • All students must take part in school games and other activities unless declared physically unfit or exempted, by the principal.

B. TO THE PARENTS

  • Parents are requested not to enter the school premises in night dresses and track suits.
  • Check the haircut, uniform and punctuality of your ward in the morning.
  • Check your wards diary daily. Do sign the remarks, if any and take necessary action.
  • See that your ward carries books/ exercise books according to the time table for that day. No extra book should be carried.
  • Parents are advised to allow the children to watch only educational and useful programmes on the TV.
  • Children should not bring crackers, toys, I-Pods, mobile phones etc. to the school. Bursting of crackers and playing with colors is liable to lead to expulsion of a student from the school.
  • It does happen sometimes that children complain to their parents concerning school matters. Parents are requested to notify such matters to the principal/ management and withhold their judgment until proper investigation is made. A little care along this line often prevents unhappy consequences.
  • The school expects parents to visit the school once in a while to meet the principal and teachers(by taking prior appointment).
  • Parents will ensure that:
    • Fees are paid on the scheduled dates.
    • Children must attend the school neatly dressed in full uniform with the required books and writing materials.
  • Visit the school of your child on school parents teacher's meeting day & result days.
  • Parents could meet the principal and teachers on every Saturday from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm. feel free to visit the school to check your child's progress during the allotted time and date.
  • Our campus is a tobacco free campus; please avoid chewing tobacco inside the campus.
  • If your child doesn't reach back at the scheduled timing. Please contact school no. 7970602021 or Transport in charge no. 9006952154.
  • Absentees, for any examination, will not be examined separately.
  • Students suffering from any categories or infection diseases will not be allowed to attend the class.

C. TRADITION TO BE KEPT:

  • Always be friendly with one another and respectful towards the elders in and out of the school.
  • Accept joyfully the work assigned.
  • Offer help to those unattended visitors who enter or pass through any room in which you happen to be alone or with your classmates.
  • Be punctual at any cost, keep your surroundings neat and tidy.
  • Respect the freedom and dignity of others.
  • Learn and observe good manners everywhere.
  • Be modest in dress and behavior.
  • Be courteous with official teams and with other houses.
  • Get up when any priest, teacher, director, principal enters or passes through any room in which you happen be alone or with your classmates.
  • Be polite, helpful and careful; don't hurt others with your words or actions.
